07/08/19 – 14:23 – we are aware of an issue with access to some of our services. Our team are working on the issue to restore service access as soon as possible
07/08/19 – 18:30 – internet traffic / transit routes have been impacted by fibre damage. Customers utilising the ORIIUM CommVault Cloud Store service will be impacted.
07/08/19 – 20:30 – third party transit provider engineers en-route to assess damage
08/08/19 – 01:00 – repair access granted and engineers attending site
08/08/19 – 03:20 – service is now restored and engineers advise all clear. All Store customer services should now be fully operational
29/08/19 – 12:00 – internet traffic / transit routes have been impacted by fibre damage. Customers utilising Cloud Compute and Commvault Cloud Store services will be impacted.
02/09/19 – 06:00 – All services are operational
